Who is this for

Founders & leaders

You hear about new AI tools every week but don't know which to use or where to start. You want someone to sit with you, build alongside you, and help you ship your first real workflows.

Marketing, growth & ops teams

Your team isn't engineers, but the work is ripe for AI — content, research, reporting, customer ops. You need hands-on training that meets non-technical folks where they are and turns them into proficient builders.

Workshops →

Enterprise organizations

You need custom MCP servers connected to internal systems, a plugin ecosystem for your org, and secure distribution — not just licenses and hope.

Frequently asked questions

How much does AI consulting cost?

It depends on the engagement. Coaching sessions start at $300/hour. Workshops are priced per session based on team size and format. Enterprise engagements are scoped per project — the complexity of the MCP infrastructure, number of integrations, and team size all factor in. Every engagement starts with a free scoping call.

Do you work with companies outside the US?

Yes. Coaching and workshops are remote by default. Enterprise engagements can be remote or on-site depending on the scope. I have worked with teams across North America and Europe.

What if we use a different AI model, not just Claude?

MCP is an open standard — the infrastructure I build works across platforms that support it. That said, I specialize in the Claude ecosystem because depth beats breadth. If you need multi-model strategy, I can advise on that during a coaching session.

How long does an enterprise engagement take?

Typically 4-12 weeks depending on scope. A single MCP server with auth and distribution can be built in 2-3 weeks. A full plugin ecosystem with org-wide deployment, training, and documentation is closer to 8-12 weeks. Every engagement includes 30 days of post-launch support.

Can we start small and scale up?

That is the intended path. Most clients start with a coaching session or workshop to assess fit and identify quick wins, then move into enterprise work once the scope is clear. No long-term contracts required.
