Three formats
Foundations Workshop
Get the whole team to a baseline. Covers Claude fundamentals, prompt engineering, Claude Code setup, and first workflows. Everyone leaves with a working environment and the skills to use it.
Advanced Workshop
Custom MCPs, skills development, automation pipelines. Hands-on building with the team's actual tools and data. For teams that have the basics and want to go deep.
Workshop Series
Three sessions over six weeks: Foundations, Build, Optimize. Each session builds on the last. Between sessions, teams apply what they've learned — the next session starts with what worked and what didn't.
Logistics
Remote
Video call with screen sharing and collaborative coding. Most teams choose this. Works well for distributed teams.
On-site
I come to you. Better for large teams and all-hands sessions. Travel costs are additional.
Prep
I review your tools, workflows, and goals before the workshop. Your team just needs laptops with Claude Code installed.
After
